Full Service Wedding Planning- From day one to the day of, we will be with you every step of the way. Helping you plan and cover every detail of your wedding checklist. This option allows you to be able to enjoy every aspect of your engagement, Stress Free!

Recommend, arrange and work with all wedding vendors.
Provides insight and knowledge throughout the planning process
Accompany you on all appointments
Negotiate wedding supplier contracts
Manage the guest list and RSVP
Help create the theme and style of the wedding
Provide ongoing telephone and email support (sometimes daily)
Develop & share the Wedding day timeline for vendors and wedding party
Confirm details with vendors
Coordinate rehearsal
10-12 hours day of coordination of the ceremony & reception. This includes management of all vendors & service plus two staff members on day of. Set up & breakdown of your personal items and décor will be taken care of.

Month-Out Coordination Wedding Planning

Month-Out Coordination is for the bride who has planned her wedding herself but needs relief the month before and on the big day. This allows you to plan your own wedding while you let the professionals execute it just as you have envisioned. While you enjoy your big day with your family & friends, Stress Free!

Features one onsite day of coordinator
Coordinator comes with a “What if Kit”
One preliminary personal consultation 1 - 3 months prior to the wedding date
One Meeting to finalize all details & discuss reception floor plan, roughly a month prior to the wedding date

Day of wedding Coordination

Day of wedding coordination package is for the couple who has planned every last detail of their wedding day. However they seek someone to come in on the wedding day to run the show and execute their day just as they have planned it.

Corporate Events

Corporate events include a lot of different components. From Multiple day events, obtaining sponsorship’s, team building exercises, and entertainment. CTC Events can help you plan your next event with ease and precision. We can help you not only accomplish but exceed you expectations. We offer everything from event design, housing management, and décor services.

A La Carte services cannot be combined to create a “day of coordination” package. These services are to be add-on services for the couples who have retained one of our wedding planning packages.
